1. Airport Transfers
Airport transfers canceled at least 12 hours prior to scheduled pickup incur no cancellation fee. In cases of airline flight delays or rescheduling, we adjust chauffeur dispatch without penalty provided your flight number was supplied during booking.
2. Multi-Day Tours & Wedding Cars
For multi-day tours and wedding luxury cars, reservations require vehicle blockout. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled dispatch receive a full refund of any deposit paid, less administrative handling.
